Shipping policy

Artisan Crest is pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50+. Domestic orders should arrive within 10 to 16 business days from the day they are shipped. Some products might be shipped separately so they might arrive sooner than rest of the order. Please note, it is possible that shipping delays may occur on outbound orders as a result of COVID-19 as shipping services are overwhelmed with the volume of packages moving through their networks.
